A small task that kept getting in the way

Turning a few images into a PDF always felt more involved than it should. I found myself moving between apps for a quick conversion, being asked to sign in, or having to send sensitive files to an online tool or AI.

So I built Portabled to make that everyday task easier: one place to choose images, arrange them, and create a PDF. Selected images are processed entirely on your device and never uploaded to a web server, so sensitive files stay with you.

Choose, arrange, preview, export

The images and PDF settings sit together in one workspace. You can reorder or rotate images, check the page preview, and save them as one PDF or separate files. Page size, margins, and quality controls keep the result flexible without making the first step complicated.

Sometimes the file just needs to be smaller

I added image compression for the related task of making files easier to share. It uses the same workspace, with quality presets or a target file size and a choice of output format. The originals stay unchanged.

From a recurring frustration to a useful tool

Portabled is a small, focused project built around something I wanted to make easier. Bringing design and an AI-assisted build together let me turn that need into a live tool others can use too.
